We have broken the presenting process into four phases; 1) Event Planning and Negotiations,
2) Contracts and Correspondence, 3) Project Management, and 4) Income Disbursements
and Financial Reports. Each phase has seven or eight different layouts where the
data is used to create a new form. Just about everything you need to coordinate
your event is represented in Impresario. Plus there is a Mail Center which gives
you several different options for mailing out your correspondence. We've also included
a Contact Manager which stores all of your contact information -
