Impresario

Presenters, we've designed this software to help you plan your events more effectively, negotiate better deals, get contracts out, cover letters, public service announcements, ticket orders, and track your financial data so you can view Season Projections or compile your Annual Report with the click of a button. With over 30 forms, the presenting process is laid out and organized in a logical progression. From the novice presenter to the most seasoned, everyone can use this product.

Impresario will work the way you do. You can do Co-Sponsored events and Percentage Deals, (Hard Splits, Adjusted Splits and First Dollar Splits), or standard contracts. Impresario will do the math based on the situation you select. Play with the numbers as much as you want, Impresario instantly re-calculates your bottom line and tells you how many tickets you need to sell to break even at that ticket price.

We have broken the presenting process into four phases; 1) Event Planning and Negotiations, 2) Contracts and Correspondence, 3) Project Management, and 4) Income Disbursements and Financial Reports. Each phase has seven or eight different layouts where the data is used to create a new form. Just about everything you need to coordinate your event is represented in Impresario. Plus there is a Mail Center which gives you several different options for mailing out your correspondence. We've also included a Contact Manager which stores all of your contact information - which is linked to Impresario. To top it off, you can export the calendar and contact information to Outlook or another organizer application.
